We don’t know about you, but we overindulged during the
holiday season. Our bellies are a little more bulging now. So we perused some great websites on the

for hours. Spray some on a salad, cool the eggs in a little of it or sauté some

Oats, rice and other fibers work with your gut’s bacteria to
